Copy the overlay URL from Mugchat and add it as a Browser Source or web overlay.

  1. 1

    Open your streaming scene

Choose the scene where chat should appear.

  2. 2

    Add a Browser Source

Use OBS, Streamlabs, TikTok LIVE Studio, or another compatible app.

  3. 3

    Paste the overlay URL

Use the URL generated by Mugchat.

  4. 4

    Resize and test

Position the chat and send a test message.

Before you go live
  • Every platform is connected
  • Test messages appear
  • Text is easy to read
  • Overlay does not cover content

04 · Choose a theme

Match the chat to your stream

Choose a Mugchat theme for your chat screen or overlay. Test contrast, text size, and position before going live.

05 · Troubleshooting

If messages do not appear

Check the connected channel, refresh the Browser Source, verify the internet connection, then reconnect the affected platform.
